Q: How do I register to view Products?

A: Simply go to the Products Tab, enter All your details, then click the“Submit button”. The system may take a moment while it validates your details, and when completed you will receive a email allowing you entry to the site. If you haven’t filled the required information, a message box will appear to remind you to put the information.

 


Q: What is the fastest method of lodging an inquiry?

A: Follow the below process:

Select your Products of Interest online, by hitting the 'Add to Basket'  icon,
Continue to search and select, and when completed review your list of products through the 'Your Cart' tab,
Complete All Fields to enable a Team Representative to process your inquiry quickly and efficiently.
Scroll to the bottom and Click Submit! A Team member will contact you within 24 hours.

Q: Can your systems Integrate with our Existing Facility structure/operations?

A: Yes! All our systems are fully customisable and can be tailored to your individual requirements and existing equipment. Contact your Personal representative to discuss your options.

 

Q: You don't have all the Products I am looking for, what do I do?

A: Call or Email at your convenience! Our policy of continual development means we may have the product you need, and it may not have been formally released yet. If we don't have it, we'll certainly do what we can to point you in the right direction, or simply source and supply at your convenience.

 

Q: What is the quickest way to place an order?

A: Simply contact your Personal Representative to determine the method that most suits you, or lodge an inquiry online to receive an Online 'Priority Ordering' form, which, when submitted, will be processed within 2 hours. Almost all Everyday products are in stock, and delivery times are a market benchmark.


Q: What if I don't have an account?

A: For Everyday items, simply call or lodge an inquiry online to receive a link to our 'Priority Ordering' form - complete the fields required and submit to activate your account immediately.  Account Application forms will be provided for larger purchases and on-going services.
