It effectively removes a wide range of process and research residues, proteins, organics, and oils. When used as directed, Jewel Green Wash 2 is safe for use on aluminum, galvanized and other soft metals . The product is designed to be an excellent laboratory animal cage wash product at 0.2% to 1% use dilution.
Jewel Green Wash 2 is designed to be low foaming at all temperatures for easy rinsing and will not cavitate recirculation pumps. Extremely free rinsing Jewel Green Wash 2 provides clean, residue free, surfaces. Chelants provide excellent hard water tolerance that eliminates mineral deposits.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Jewel Green Wash 2 is designed for use in immersion, pressure spray, and recirculating spray wash applications and is ideal for rack and cage washing machines. Typical operating concentrations vary from 0.2% by volume, to 5% by volume; depending
on temperatures, soil loads, and cleaning methods used. Extreme care and protective equipment are required for handling the concentrates and in manual cleaning – see the MSDS sheet.
🔹 Jewel Super Wash 1 is an acid-based cleaner/descaler effective against inorganic residues, scale, and carbon buildup. It works across a broad pH range and temperature spectrum, and like Green Wash, it’s low foaming and perfect for glassware, stainless steel, and plastic labware. Plus, it’s residue-free and safe for recirculation systems.

DESCRIPTION: Jewel Super Wash 1 is a concentrated liquid, acidic cleaner/descaler formulated for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical device industries. It effectively removes a wide range of process and research residues, such as inorganic salts and scales, particulate carbon and urine scales. This product is effective in animal cage wash applications, laboratory glassware washing, and pharmaceutical/biotech process cleaning and derouging. Low foaming Jewel Super Wash 1 will not cavitate recirculation pumps and is extremely free rinsing to achieve a clean, residue free surface. Jewel Super Wash 1 has excellent hard water tolerance to eliminate mineral deposits.
The surfactant system in Jewel Super Wash 1 remains effective across a wide temperature and pH range, even during pH neutralization prior to discharge, thus reducing redeposition of process residues. When used as directed, Jewel Super Wash 1 is safe for use on both glassware and
stainless steel substrates and a wide variety of plastics including polycarbonate.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Typical operating concentrations of Jewel Super Wash 1 run from 0.2% to 5.0% (v/v) and depend on temperatures, soil loads, and cleaning methods used. Jewel Super Wash 1 is designed for use in immersion, pressure spray and recirculating spray wash applications and is ideal for cage washers, pharmaceutical glassware and parts washing machines, and recirculating Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems. Concentrations for periodic
descaling or derouging are typically higher (10-20% v/v). Proper care and protective equipment are required for manual cleaning – see the MSDS sheet.
